Terms and Conditions for Travel Junky

This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which Junky Travels LLP ("TRAVEL JUNKY") provides services to individuals or entities ("User") who wish to purchase or inquire about TRAVEL JUNKY's goods and services. This Agreement applies to all interactions with TRAVEL JUNKY, including through its website, mobile applications, and other customer interface channels. The User and TRAVEL JUNKY are collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party."

 1. Application of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of services by TRAVEL JUNKY to the User. By using TRAVEL JUNKY's services, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms are binding on the User for all transactions or services provided by TRAVEL JUNKY.

TRAVEL JUNKY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to its websites, sales channels, or services at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance or other reasons.

 2. Additional Terms of Service (TOS)

In addition to this Agreement, specific terms of service (TOS) may apply to TRAVEL JUNKY's products and services, such as vacation packages, airline tickets, and other travel-related offerings. These TOS, provided and updated by TRAVEL JUNKY, form an integral part of this Agreement. In case of any conflict between the TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

The User is responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable TOS for the product or service they are using. Additionally, service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) may have their own terms, conditions, and rules, which the User must comply with.

 3. User’s Acceptance of Terms

By using TRAVEL JUNKY's services, the User agrees to abide by all terms, conditions, and notices outlined in this Agreement and the applicable TOS, as updated from time to time. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using TRAVEL JUNKY's services.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any other TRAVEL JUNKY document, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence.

 4. Third-Party Account Information

The User authorizes TRAVEL JUNKY to access and retrieve information from third-party accounts (e.g., banks, payment gateways) as necessary to provide the requested services. TRAVEL JUNKY is not liable for any unauthorized use of the User's account or password, whether with or without the User's knowledge. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

 5. Confidentiality

The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information designated as confidential by TRAVEL JUNKY. Such information shall not be disclosed unless required by law, to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, or to meet the obligations of the Parties.

 6. Use of Website and Mobile Applications

The User acknowledges that the use of TRAVEL JUNKY's website and mobile applications is at their own risk. TRAVEL JUNKY is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content provided. The User is responsible for ensuring that the products, services, or information accessed through TRAVEL JUNKY meet their specific requirements.

The User is prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, licensing, or selling any content, software, products, or services obtained from TRAVEL JUNKY's website or applications. TRAVEL JUNKY reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any content without prior notice.

7. Use of User’s Mobile Number

TRAVEL JUNKY may use the User's mobile number to send booking confirmations, itinerary details, payment confirmations, refund status updates, schedule changes, and other transaction-related information via SMS, voice call, or email. The User consents to such communications, which are considered transactional and not unsolicited commercial communication under applicable regulations.

The User agrees to indemnify TRAVEL JUNKY against any losses or damages arising from incorrect complaints or the provision of false contact information.

8. User’s Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of their data and bookings. TRAVEL JUNKY does not screen or verify the legality or validity of transactions under the User's jurisdiction. The User must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the use of TRAVEL JUNKY's services.

9. Insurance

Unless explicitly provided by TRAVEL JUNKY as part of a service or product, the User is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage. If insurance is offered by TRAVEL JUNKY, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. TRAVEL JUNKY does not guarantee the acceptance of claims by the insurance provider.

10. Force Majeure

TRAVEL JUNKY is not liable for situations beyond its control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, bankruptcy, operational issues, or other force majeure events that may result in the cancellation or modification of bookings. In such cases, TRAVEL JUNKY will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements or refunds, subject to the policies of the service providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

TRAVEL JUNKY's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the services, less any applicable fees. TRAVEL JUNKY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.

12. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold TRAVEL JUNKY harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination of Services

TRAVEL JUNKY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or terminate the User's access to its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes situations where the User violates this Agreement, provides inaccurate information, or engages in fraudulent activities.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/Region], India.

16. Amendments

17. Use of Customer Content
